Refund & Cancellation Policy

Applicable only to the paid 1:1 Mentor booking (₹451). All website content otherwise is free of charge.

Full refund — within 7 days

If you cancel a 1:1 mentor booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled call and within 7 days of payment, we refund 100% of the fee to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Reschedule — free, twice

You can reschedule the call up to 2 times for free, as long as you give at least 12 hours' notice. Email hello@careerpath.in with your booking ID.

No-shows

If you do not join the call without prior notice, the session is treated as completed and the fee is non-refundable.

Quality refund

If after the call + report you genuinely feel the mentor was unhelpful, write to us within 7 days describing what went wrong. We will re-match you with a new mentor at no cost OR refund 100%, whichever you prefer.

How to claim a refund

  1. Email hello@careerpath.in from the same address used to book.
  2. Include your booking ID and a 1-line reason.
  3. We confirm within 2 working days; refund hits your account within 5–7 working days.
